1. Professional Credentials & Accuracy
- Verification: I certify that all degrees, certifications, and my IAP (Indian Association of Physiotherapists) or State Council registration numbers provided are valid and current.
- Updates: I agree to update www.physiotherapydoctors.in immediately if my license is suspended, expires, or if my practice location changes.
- Misrepresentation: I understand that providing false information will lead to permanent blacklisting from the platform.
2. Clinical Responsibility & Liability
- Patient Relationship: I acknowledge that the patient-therapist relationship is strictly between me and the patient. www.physiotherapydoctors.in is a directory and is not responsible for clinical outcomes or medical negligence.
- Professional Conduct: I agree to maintain the highest standards of medical ethics and patient privacy (telemedicine/data protection) as per Indian law.
3. Platform Usage & Reviews
- No Guarantee: I understand that www.physiotherapydoctors.in provides visibility but does not guarantee a specific number of patient bookings.
- Honest Reviews: I will not attempt to manipulate the rating system by posting fake reviews or incentivizing patients to post biased feedback.
- Profile Content: I grant www.physiotherapydoctors.in the right to display my professional photos and bio for marketing and directory purposes.
4. Commercial Terms
- Listing Fees: (If applicable) I agree to the subscription/lead-generation fees as outlined in my chosen plan.
- Refunds: I understand that listing fees are for platform access and are non-refundable based on patient volume.
5. Compliance with Indian Law
- I agree to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act regarding patient information and the NMC/IAP guidelines regarding professional advertising.
The “I Agree” Checkbox
On your website’s sign-up page, don’t just put a link to a long document. Use a “Scroll-to-Accept” box or a clear checkbox that says:
